We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and administer the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with subcontractors, suppliers or professional advisers only where needed to deliver your project, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed projects are kept for as long as needed for legal, tax and warranty purposes.
Your rights
